Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run longer during holidays, severe weather or carrier delays.

Duties and taxes

US orders are shipped duties paid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. It can take 2 to 3 business days for the first tracking update to appear.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us through our contact page and we'll look into it and make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address before the order ships, but not after.
