How do I pick my size?
Pick your size by body weight:
- S: 110-130 lbs
- M: 131-165 lbs
- L: 166-200 lbs
- XL: 201-240 lbs
- 2XL: 240-270 lbs
- 3XL: 271-300 lbs
- 4XL: 300 lbs and up
To double check, measure around your thigh 10 cm (4 in) above the center of your kneecap with your knee slightly bent. Between sizes? Pick the larger one.
Do I need a left or a right?
Each sleeve is made for one knee. Choose the side you'll wear it on. If both knees need support, the 2-piece and 2 + 2 packages let you pick a size and side for each sleeve.
How does the dial work?
The dial tightens or loosens a cable around the sleeve. Turn it to add support for the stairs or a long walk, and release it when you sit down or your knee feels swollen. The sleeve stays on the whole time.
How do I loosen the dial?
Pull the dial outward until it clicks and the cable releases. Then push it back in and turn it to the level you want.
How long can I wear it?
Most people put it on in the morning and wear it through the day, loosening it when they sit. Take it off to sleep, or right away if you notice any numbness or tingling.
Can I wear it under trousers?
Yes. It's slim enough for most everyday trousers. Very tight jeans may show an outline.
How do I wash it?
Release the dial and hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Rinse, press out the water gently and lay it flat to dry. Don't machine dry or iron it.
Will it fix my arthritis?
No. Steadia is a soft support for daily movement, not a treatment. It doesn't repair cartilage, cure arthritis or replace care from your doctor. If your knee buckles often, swells suddenly or the pain is getting worse, please see a doctor first.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days and arrive 7 to 12 business days after that. All in, that can be up to three weeks. Shipping to the US is free, and you'll get a tracking link by email.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? Contact us with your order number.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Since a worn sleeve can't be resold, opened items can't be returned, so please measure before you order.
Which package should I choose?
One piece if one knee needs support. The 2-piece package covers both knees. The 2 + 2 package gives you a spare pair, so one can be washing while you wear the other.
